What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Square pay, Apple pay & Google pay for faster checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders within Australia will incur a flat rate of $15.00 including GST.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship using Australia Post. We will try our best to ship as soon as possible, however dispatch will be within 48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email letting you know your order is on the way including a tracking number.
What happens if my parcel is damaged when delivered?
Everyday Delights are not responsible for or liable for delay or damaged delivery while your order is in transit.
If your delivery is damaged in transit please email us at info@everydaydelights.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your parcel with supporting photos.
Please take the item and packaging to your nearest corporate Post Office for assessment and advice on next steps.
Unfortunately we do not offer returns due to health and safety laws as food items can not be resold.
If for any reason there is an issue with the product, please email us at info@everydaydelights.com.au to discuss your concerns. We want to maintain happy and positive relationships with our customers and will be happy to refund or replace product, if it isn't up to Everyday Delights standards.
